4 Champions Crowned at the Niagara North Front Row Sports Classic
The weekend of November 10-12, 2023 was full of great hockey action during the Niagara North Front Row Sports Classic Tournament, held across Niagara. 49 teams from across Ontario and the US battled it out in closely matched divisions, bringing us some thrilling action on Sunday.
In the U10 division, the Southern Tier Admirals took home the title, winning and exciting 5-3 game over the Brantford 99ers.
After being down 2-0 in the first, the Clarington Toros battled back to take the U11 trophy 4-3 over the Waterloo Wolves.
In a tight U12 division, the Vaughan Kings went undefeated through the weekend, taking the final 4-1 over the Mississauga Rebels.
At U13, The Mississauga Senators defeated the two-time defending champion Southern Tier Admirals 4-1 in the final.
