THIS FORM IS FOR NON-NIAGARA NORTH ZONE PLAYERS (U12-U16) TO REQUEST A TRYOUT

If you are reside OUTSIDE of the Niagara North Zone, and are in possession of all your F1 Waivers, you must complete the form below and apply for a tryout. Please note: Niagara North is a closed zone at the U10 & U11 age groups.

If you live within the Niagara North Zone (Niagara on the Lake, St. Catharines, Thorold, West Niagara), you simply need to register for the tryouts using the Hockey Canada links posted in the tryout information.

Please note: all requests are reviewed by both the coaching staff and the executive and Niagara North does not accept all F1 Waiver players that apply.
