Coaching Philosophy & Beliefs

"Culture, positivity, and accountability are the pillars to having a successful team. Character is something that is not inherited but something that must be worked on every day at home, in school, and at the rink."

Jason believes that while on-ice skills are vital, the development of a player's character is the ultimate indicator of success. He fosters an environment where players are held to high standards while being supported by a positive team atmosphere.
