Garden City Members: Permission to Skate Form Available

Garden City Members, please click the following link to submit info to obtain your Permission to Skate form.

Please click the link, fill out the information and you may pick up your Permission to Skate form from the Garden City Office during their office hours.  You MUST have this form in order to register for Niagara North tryouts.

Garden City location and office hours are:

Bill Burgoyne Arena
129 Linwell Road
St. Catharines, ON L2N 6H2

Upstairs Office  (Back of Arena) NOT Kiwanis Office

Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursdays, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm
