OMHA Respect in Sport for Niagara North Parents
Submitted By Niagara North on Thu 05 15, 14
The OMHA is implementing a plan to ensure the OMHA is a complete “Respect Integrated Organization”.  This is part of an ongoing effort to foster a safe an enjoyable environment for our athletes in this great game.

Please click "Read More" to see how to complete the program.

At least one parent or guardian of each player registered in the OMHA will be required to complete the online “Respect in Sport Parent Education Program” as a condition of their child’s participation. Niagara North requires that all courses be completed by May 26th and that proof of completion accompanies the $600 deposit.

This program is also a condition of participation for all Team Officials and will be a requirement of all referees. Niagara North is responsible for implementing these requirements as established by the OMHA and requires your support and cooperation with ensuring the completion of this certification.

To find the course go to the OMHA website and click on the tab labeled “Respect”. It is across the top of the page. Please plan for approximately an hour of time to complete the course. Remember to print your certificate upon completion of the course and bring that certificate with you to the deposit night.
