Head Coach Profile: U11 Cody Cole
The Niagara North Coaches Selection Committee proudly names Cody Cole as the Head Coach of the U11 Stars for the 2026-2027 Season. Cody brings his playing experience and passion back for a 2nd year with the 2016 players.



  • Coaching Experience: * 4 years with Niagara North.

    • 1 year with Garden City Minor Hockey.

  • Playing Experience: * Junior B: 2001–2005 with the Thorold Blackhawks and St. Catharines Falcons.

    • College: 2005–2008 with Buffalo State College (NCAA Div III SUNYAC).

    • Professional: 2008–2009 in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) with the Fayetteville FireAntz and Richmond Renegades.

  • Coaching Philosophy: * Coach Cole believes that hockey provides essential life skills, creates lifelong friendships, and teaches a strong work ethic—all while being fun. He aims to leave a positive, lifelong impact on young athletes by passing these values on.

  • Proudest Coaching Moments: * Seeing athletes he has coached advance to higher levels, including the NHL, AHL, ECHL, OHL, NCAA Division I, OUA, and various European leagues.

  • Personal Life: * Cody spends his time with family and friends, at the lacrosse field or arena, and enjoys golfing.
